I am an experienced advocate with experience in both the public and private sectors. I blend practicality with an acute understanding of the law and a meticulous eye for detail.

 

My specialist areas include judicial review, public law disputes, construction and natural disaster damage litigation. I am experienced in insurance matters, professional disciplinary processes and debt recovery. In previous lives I acted for the Crown in criminal prosecutions and before that as defence counsel to legally aided clients.

I have a particular interest in all matters equine and can assist with sales contracts, lease arrangements, and agistment agreements in addition to dispute resolution.
