I am a Wellington lawyer with almost 30 years’ experience. I work mainly in the commercial, property, public, health and safety and anti-money laundering areas of the law.
I have almost 30 years’ experience acting for companies, government, State enterprises, property developers and incorporated societies in the acquisition, disposal, development and leasing of land and buildings. I act as an advisor to the Crown on the Treaty of Waitangi settlement process and I draft deeds of settlement for Treaty settlements. I also advise on the disposal of land by the Crown and Crown agencies.
I have specialist experience in access arrangements, leasing, Public Works Act and Land Transfer Act matters. I advise on Health and Safety at Work Act and Anti-Money Laundering and Countering Financing of Terrorism Act matters and I am our firm’s compliance officer for AML.
