I am a barrister practising in tax law, trust and estates law, charities and non-profits law and governance, company and commercial law and public law.

 

I am Malaysian-born barrister of Chinese descent. I came to study in this country many, many years ago and never left! I have built a wide law practice with a particular speciality in taxation. I am active in my profession and have held officer roles in the (former) Wellington District Law Society and the New Zealand Law Society. I am currently the Vice President of NZ Asian Lawyers and a trustee of the Todd Foundation.
