I am a Banking and Finance lawyer at Bell Gully. I specialise in domestic and international transactions and regulation of financial products, services, and markets.

 

As a lawyer in Bell Gully’s financial services team, I advise on domestic and international banking and capital markets transactions including structured, acquisition, infrastructure, project, corporate and leveraged financings and on the regulation of derivatives & financial products, services and markets in New Zealand from a local and international perspective.​

I have prior experience in tax disputes, tax compliance and advisory services, and a special focus on the tax structuring of oil & gas entities in New Zealand.

In 2024 I was appointed on the committee of the WWLA.
