Karen Radich
Karen is an experienced employment lawyer who focuses on litigation work.
Karen Radich has been a Barrister since 2012. Prior to that she was a Partner in the employment team at Minter Ellison Rudd Watts for nine years.
As well as her law degree, Karen has a BA in Political Science and two Master’s degrees: a Master of Business Studies (Dispute Resolution) and a Master of Laws (LLM) with First Class Honours.
Karen is Convenor of the New Zealand Law Society’s National Employment Law Committe and a former Vice-President of the Employment Law Institute of New Zealand. She also spent 5 years on an NZLS standards committee. She is the author of Employment Mediation (2013).
Karen primarily acts for clients in litigation matters, at all levels within the employment jurisdiction: from mediation to the Court of Appeal.
