Suzanne Robertson KC
A King’s Counsel with over 25 years experience in resolving disputes in and out of Court and advising on a wide range of legal issues.
I now specialise in using my analytical skills and legal experience to provide opinions and strategic, commercial advice to help clients understand the law and resolve issues outside the Court system. I have advised on a wide range of disputes and subjects including matters concerning contract, commercial, property and trust law. I enjoy developing effective and pragmatic solutions to legal problems.
I have appeared as lead counsel at all levels of the New Zealand courts from the District Court to the Supreme Court. I have represented clients in mediations and arbitrations.
I am also the chairperson of the Auckland Community Law Centre and am committed to helping those who cannot afford traditional legal services.
