Kerryn Beaton KC
Kerryn specialises in criminal defence, coronial and public inquiries and practises in Christchurch and Wellington.
Kerryn acts for clients charged with the most serious offences including murder and sexual offending, at jury trials and appeals. Kerryn is also involved in public and coronial inquiries, and is currently Counsel Assisting the Royal Commission of Inquiry into historical abuse in care. Kerryn is a criminal and civil legal aid provider, and a member of the Panel of Specialist Advisors to Te Kāhui Tātari Ture, the Criminal Cases Review Commission.
