Our Director, Saska Hayes, sees immigration law as a way to help people and businesses achieve their goals.

With over half a decade of experience as an immigration lawyer she is able to navigate through issues that arise in the immigration process and has established a reputation for providing practical and easy to understand immigration strategies.

Saska also specializes in immigration research exploring gaps in our immigration policy and presenting recommendations to Government and the academic community on how to fix them.

Her passion and drive saw her open her law firm in 2021 as one of the youngest Principal Solicitor’s in New Zealand
