Sujin is a civil litigation lawyer based in Wellington with previous experience in private client, property and commercial matters.

Sujin began her legal career in 2022 as a graduate in the property and commercial team at Wynn Williams (Christchurch Office).  Her experience working with a broad range of private clients has equipped her with strong communication skills and professionalism.  After two years with the firm, she ventured to the capital to broaden her skillset in the litigation space.

Currently, Sujin is working at a specialist litigation firm based in Wellington – Dalzell Wollerman.  Her practice includes all civil litigation matters with a particular focus on class actions.  Sujin is excited to be practising in an up-and-coming area of law which utilises her prior experience in property and commercial law.

Prior to joining the profession, Sujin attended Rangi Ruru Girls’ School where she cultivated her love for people and grew her involvement in the wider Christchurch community.  During the last summer of her high school years, she volunteered at an orphanage in Indonesia and returned to New Zealand with a passion for justice which she channelled into her legal studies.

Outside of her office hours, Sujin enjoys volunteering at the local Community Law Centre where she can offer her expertise to the wider community to promote accessibility to legal services and help administer justice from the ground up.  Her bicultural background, fluency in a second language, approachable nature and genuine empathy makes her a good advocate of the people.
